Getting Started
Thank you for your interest in joining us at PR Fitness, we are glad to have you here! Before rolling into our group classes, all new members must successfully complete our “Foundations” program, which consists of 4 training sessions with one of our PR Fitness Coaches. These sessions are approximately 1 hour in length. 
The sessions are designed to teach you the basic movements that are at the foundation of our group classes. Each session concludes with a workout which builds on the skills you learn each week.
Upon graduation from our Foundations program, you will have the basic skills and knowledge to attend any of our group classes. The value and necessity of this program cannot be overemphasized. While we realize that you are eager to get into our classes, it is essential that you complete this program as it ensures your long-term success, results, safety, and enjoyment of your membership. Unlike conventional gym workouts or group fitness classes, which tend to require minimal instruction, our classes require a higher degree of skill and practice to learn and master. Therefore, the time you spend in the Foundation classes will allow you to attend your first class with confidence and a base of skill which will allow you to get the most from your workouts.

“Test Out” Option – If approved by a PR Fitness staff member, you may “test out” of the Foundations program if you demonstrate the knowledge and skills required.
