- Monday 9:30-10:30am / 5:30 – 6:30pm / 6:30 – 7:30pm
- Tuesday 6:30-7:30pm
- Wednesday 5:30 – 6:30pm
- Thursday 5:30 – 6:30pm / 6:45 – 7:45pm (Yoga)
- Friday 9:30 – 10:30am/6:00 – 7:00pm
- Saturday CrossPit 8:30 – 9:30am
First class is free!
Join our monthly series anytime, fees will be pro-rated accordingly!
